Cassidy is by far one of my favorite stylists I’ve had so far. She is very personable and manages to create lively conversation the whole time. The haircuts still come out perfectly every time and the same thing goes for the customer service. Considering I get off work late she always seems to have an amazing attitude even though I show up before closing. In summary, she is by far my favorite stylist, and it seems as though I’m almost forced to see her every time I get my haircut.

One of the stylist, that I usually ask for has left SC. So I decided to try someone I had never used. Ashley listened to what I asked for... and... it looked like it was not going to be what I wanted. But when it dried it was perfect and is probably one of the best haircuts that I ever had. Thanks, Ashley and Sports Clips.

First off, Hats off to all the stylists. We are all adapting to new changes. I would like to give a huge thanks to Ashley. This is the 2nd cut I got from her. She is super professional and acknowledged me right away. She already knew my cut and even offered suggestions for tips. I gave her a Facebook review and got a free conditioner towel ( extra warm towel), i will definitely be coming back to see Ashley. Good job.

If i could give zero stars, I would. I checked in online from the parking lot and went right in. Saw three stylists come to the register, and wasn’t greeted by any of them. When i checked in, it showed me having an appointment in 12 minutes. I sat inside for over 15 minutes, wasn’t acknowledged and there were NO customers having service during my last 8 minutes of waiting. Total disregard for customer’s time and an embarrassment to the franchise. Not a great way to treat customers.

First, this just my opinion. Others may disagree with me. Second, I will not follow up with anyone who may disagree with me...... Been a client since the Wmbg store opened. Always use "First Available" . Some stylists may be better than others, but I always receive a cut that I am satisfied with, except for once (a minor complaint) that was corrected a short time later, even though I was not expecting it to be corrected. When I first sit in the chair, I explain to the stylist what cut I would like. When I am done with the cut, I am always asked if it is ok. I might say a little shorter, but usually I say it is fine, because it is. Sometimes the stylist talks. Sometimes they don't. I follow their lead. It is not an easy career choice, standing all day long dealing with the public. Particularly, if you are having a bad personal day for whatever reason. Why am I writing this, since I normally do not write reviews? Well, I just happened to read some of the recent reviews and I could do nothing other than just shook my head. The Covid19 is upon us. These stylists are coming to work, not knowing which client is following the "guidelines" and which are not. Who is really sick? Who really knows? Why be so critical at this trying time for our country. You hair will grow back.

I have been coming to the Williamsburg Sports Clips since the day they opened up. However, today was my last time I will walk through their doors. After signing in on line and then arriving after I received an email I was next in 15 min. I showed up early because they usually are fast. After sitting in the shop 30 min, I was the only person there, Ashley whom I requested finished up with her customer and walked in the back which I figured she was cleaning her station. After another 30 min sitting there waiting and no-one telling me when I was next, the other stylist had cut two other people's hair while I waited. I finally told her to tell Ashley I am not wasting anymore time. Her reply was just "sure". No explanation, no excuse why or where Ashley went. I would have appreciated being told that maybe it was her dinner break or just a break and how much longer I would have to wait. This was the second time an incident like this happened in this shop and I won't experience a third time. In a time when people don't want to be out in public, Sports Clips needs to respect a persons time and be taught how to treat paying customers. Sport Clips needs to teach some customer service training standards on top of cutting hair standards. The funny thing is that I only wanted a clean up around the ears, 5 min trim. That lack of respect for my time cost them a long time customer.

Not happy with the haircut that my child got today, the stylist ( I think her name was Stephanie or Tiffany) she is not trained very well, the hair cat was very simple but I needed to direct her that his hair wasn’t straight and she should fix it, plus she doesn’t seems to have a good experience how to smile and be friendly to a customer. I Will never go back again. Great Clip is much better, friendly and not very expensive.

The stylist was fine ...I think her name was Tiffany but my problem was I was in the location today and during the process in the beginning she said is there your first time and I said yes and she said I’ll give you the mvp but for the price of a lower hair cut which I think was 21 and then during the shampoo my jacket gets soaked and my shirt gets soaked and yes they tried to help it but it was worst and then thinking I Would have gotten the price of 21 I got charged 26 bucks even after them messing up ...not ok
