I asked for a light trim with the top being long and the sides being slightly shorter. 20 minutes later I looked like I was ready to be shipped off to boot camp.

Their Stylists are not trained too well, or they just suck. Totally not worth the price. I asked for a one on the sides each time and they always ask "Are you Sure" when i know exactly what i want, and sometimes they dont even give it too me. Customer Service is great and the overall experince with staff is great, its just the haircuts arent the best especially what you are paying for. Go to somewhere like Great Clips near Harris Teeter, They are extremely good and they give you a bang for your buck.
