If i could give zero stars, I would. I checked in online from the parking lot and went right in. Saw three stylists come to the register, and wasn’t greeted by any of them. When i checked in, it showed me having an appointment in 12 minutes. I sat inside for over 15 minutes, wasn’t acknowledged and there were NO customers having service during my last 8 minutes of waiting. Total disregard for customer’s time and an embarrassment to the franchise. Not a great way to treat customers.

I have been coming to the Williamsburg Sports Clips since the day they opened up. However, today was my last time I will walk through their doors. After signing in on line and then arriving after I received an email I was next in 15 min. I showed up early because they usually are fast. After sitting in the shop 30 min, I was the only person there, Ashley whom I requested finished up with her customer and walked in the back which I figured she was cleaning her station. After another 30 min sitting there waiting and no-one telling me when I was next, the other stylist had cut two other people's hair while I waited. I finally told her to tell Ashley I am not wasting anymore time. Her reply was just "sure". No explanation, no excuse why or where Ashley went. I would have appreciated being told that maybe it was her dinner break or just a break and how much longer I would have to wait. This was the second time an incident like this happened in this shop and I won't experience a third time. In a time when people don't want to be out in public, Sports Clips needs to respect a persons time and be taught how to treat paying customers. Sport Clips needs to teach some customer service training standards on top of cutting hair standards. The funny thing is that I only wanted a clean up around the ears, 5 min trim. That lack of respect for my time cost them a long time customer.

The stylist was fine ...I think her name was Tiffany but my problem was I was in the location today and during the process in the beginning she said is there your first time and I said yes and she said I’ll give you the mvp but for the price of a lower hair cut which I think was 21 and then during the shampoo my jacket gets soaked and my shirt gets soaked and yes they tried to help it but it was worst and then thinking I Would have gotten the price of 21 I got charged 26 bucks even after them messing up ...not ok
