"My husband went in to get a haircut on his last few days of military leave where he’s had the opportunity to grow a beard during this time. He asked for his sideburns to be lowered for when he would have to shave on Monday. Instead of lowering his sideburns, she proceeded to shave his beard completely which is what he didn’t want. We will take our business somewhere else."

"I took my son to get a haircut and made a reservation with Tina online. I arrived at the time it said I should arrive and waited 10 minutes longer only to have someone tell me that Tina was going to take her 15 minute break. I did not want to wait, which is the reason I made an online reservation, so I asked for the next available stylist. The haircut came out nice, but when I went to use my free haircut coupon she said I could not use it because I used one last time. It does not say that anywhere on the coupon. The only reason I was going there was because I had a coupon and I ended up feeling annoyed because I couldn’t use the coupon and the person I requested couldn’t wait 15 more minutes to take her break, especially since when she came back from her break there wasn’t a customer in the salon. Sports Clips failed miserably at customer service! If the customer service was better, I would have come back!"

"I have a hard time even giving this place one star. A friend graciously gifted my family two free haircut coupons here and being new to the area, we decided to give them a try. Our first visit my husband and son went and while my adolescent sons hair was decent , my husbands looked like something I did at home! It took over 35 min....and he just gets a basic cut, nothing fancy. Soon as he got home and showered we noticed long hairs that were missed , the fading was all off. He works 12 hour shifts and it took us a week to go back and have someone try and re do the cut. We were greeted by one person who we explained the mess up to. There was no mention of a charge for a RE do , as it was the salons fault . She simply said we will have a manager do your hair. My husband gets the RE do done, which was still not satisfactory and they say we owe for it! If we were going to be charged, we would have went to a totally different salon. They were not up front about any charges. Never again will we visit this establishment. I work with customers daily and I’ve never seen such a poorly run place. Communication with potential clients is key. What a mess!"
